FootyHQ ("we", "us") provides a platform for managing youth sports clubs. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: name, email, password
- Club info: club name, team names, player rosters
- Player info: names, dates of birth, team assignments
- Events: training schedules, matches, attendance records
Information we collect automatically
- Device type and operating system
- IP address and access times
- Push notification tokens (if you enable notifications)
About children's data
Player information is provided by parents, guardians, or club admins. We don't collect information directly from children under 13.
How we use it
- To run the app and provide the service
- To send notifications about events and matches
- To respond to support requests
- To keep the service secure
Who can see your data

We don't sell your data to anyone.
Third-party services
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for push notifications. See their privacy policy.
Security
We use HTTPS for all connections, hash passwords with Argon2, and offer two-factor authentication. That said, no system is 100% secure.
Your rights
- Access: Download your data from account settings
- Correction: Update your info in your profile
- Deletion: Delete your account anytime, or email us
- Notifications: Turn them off in settings or on your device
GDPR (Europe)
If you're in the EU, you have additional rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email us to exercise them.
CCPA (California)
California residents can request to know what data we collect, request deletion, and won't be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We don't sell personal information.

We'll update this page if anything changes. For major changes, we'll notify you in the app.
