By using FootyHQ, you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a club, you're agreeing for the club too.

What FootyHQ does

We provide a platform for managing youth sports clubs: team rosters, schedules, attendance, RSVPs, match scores, and notifications. That's it.

Your account

• You need to be 18+ to create an account
• Keep your login details secure
• You're responsible for what happens under your account
• Let us know if you think someone else has access

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Break any laws
• Harass or harm others
• Try to hack or break the service
• Share login credentials
• Scrape data without permission
• Use bots without asking us first

Your content

You own what you upload (team info, schedules, etc.). By uploading it, you give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service.

Privacy

We have a separate Privacy Policy that explains how we handle data.

Availability

We try to keep things running, but sometimes we need to do maintenance or things break. We don't guarantee 100% uptime.

The legal stuff

We're not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or anything beyond what you've paid us (if anything) in the last 12 months.

Ending things

• You can delete your account anytime
• We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• When an account is deleted, we handle data per our Privacy Policy

Changes

We might update these terms. If we make big changes, we'll let you know. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
